Competencies
Experience using Ruby on Rails in a production setting.
Expertise in Javascript and other Web Technologies like: HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, & JS Frameworks (jQuery, etc.)
Familiarity with version control systems
Knowledge of HTTP and RESTful practices
Experience writing unit and functional tests (Test Driven Development)
Working knowledge of web and application servers
Deep grasp of design patterns
Familiar with Agile Development Methodology

Skills Required:
Should have worked on requirement gathering, analysis and design.
Creating coding standards and guidelines.
Experience in design, development and coding of application
Guiding production support and maintenance
Should have experience to handle the team
Client co-ordination
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good coordination for tasks execution
Willing on work on Latest Technologies
