Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements.
Design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
You have to be experience with Ruby, Rails, and test driven development (strongly preferred)
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Scrum development/ agile methodology
Some previous experience of guiding/ mentoring team members
Working experience of refactoring code/ reverse engineering
Manage, maintain and improve our product and its quality, optimization, scalability and automation.
Understanding business requirements and translating these into highly optimized and scalable technical solutions in form of modules or extension of our core product and bug free integration of new/updated modules or codes into all running instances.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and advise solutions to these problems.
This role requires a level of technical experience and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with core product development team as well as to make positive peers.
Keeping up to date with the latest plans, developments and changes in the Rails world.
