About You

  • You are passionate about your work and new Learning.

  • You are good at basics of HR and ready to dive in for depth knowledge.

  • You are independent, task oriented and can handle pressures of working individually and in team.

  • Expert in head hunting and closing recruitment target with the team.

You Get To

  • Work on end to end recruitment and selection process, Naukri and Monster are not the places where we look for candidates.

  • Work on Attendance & Leave Management on a daily basis as we have teams working from different locations and remotely as well.

  • Train yourself on the best and the latest avenues for searching the candidates and explore the newer one on your own.

  • Work on Employee Engagement Activities regularly and be proactive with innovative ideas for the same.

  • Handle Performance Reviews, Employee Relations, and Grievance as a part of your internship which will make you grow in problem solving skills.

  • Work on different HR operational activities to improve your skills and get in depth knowledge of HR function.

Good To Have

  • Experience in recruitment activities

  • Have already worked on Github, Stack Overflow and other groups from HR prospective.

  • Passionate about writing, reading about technology, and insane curiosity about everything.
