• Work on end to end recruitment and selection process.
• Work on Job portals.
• Assisting in reviewing and pre-screening resumes.
• Making initial calls to the candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with the interviewer and candidate.
• Train yourself on the best and the latest avenues for searching the candidates and explore the newer one on your own.
